As the story unravels we find Lydia Deetz, a weird and unusual teenager obsessed with the whole being morbid thing. When she finds out that her house is possessed, by Beetlejuice, it is like she hit the jackpot. Eventually, after some negotiation the two team up in the most extraordinary way to scare anyone with a pulse with exorcism, an arranged marriage and large sand worms.
